Curious about sourdough? Join Berkshire Community College for a beginner-friendly workshop that will introduce you to the art (and science) of baking with a living starter.

In this hands-on class, you’ll:
✨ Learn how to work with high-hydration, naturally fermented dough
✨ Practice handling sourdough at every stage, from mix to bake
✨ Explore the “whys” behind each step of the process
✨ Engage all your senses to better understand the magic of sourdough
Perfect for beginners, this workshop will help you feel more confident working with sourdough and caring for your starter at home.
Community Education Workshop Refund Policy: If you withdraw at least one week before the first meeting, you will receive a 100% refund less a $15 processing fee. No refund is given for withdrawals made less than one week before the course starts. If BCC cancels a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees. Please allow at least three weeks for processing refunds.
